Productomschrijving

Devcon B Vloeibaar is een oplosmiddelvrije tweecomponenten epoxyverbinding, speciaal ontworpen voor metaalreparaties. Het hecht uitstekend op diverse metalen oppervlakken en kan worden aangebracht op beschadigde of ontpitte oppervlakken tot 3 mm diep. Ideaal voor het vullen van putjes en krassen veroorzaakt door corrosie of chemische aantasting.

Dit product kan ook worden gecombineerd met aluminiumoxide-aggregaten om antislipafwerkingen te creëren op metalen oppervlakken zoals riemrollen, remtestrollen en treden. De vloeibare epoxy heeft een lage viscositeit, is zelfnivellerend en biedt een hoge druksterkte.

Gebruikstijd: 25 minuten bij 20°C
Handdroog: 1 uur bij 20°C
Bewerkbaar: 2 uur bij 20°C
Mengverhouding: 3:1 per volume
GAP-opvulling: 0,0625 – 0,075 inch
Toepassing: Gebruik een spatel of applicator

Na uitharding is Devcon B eenvoudig te bewerken met nauwe toleranties en is het ideaal als egaliseermiddel voor machines en uitrusting.
