De Ocean Signal PLB MOB2 AIS/DSC is een persoonlijk noodbaken dat automatisch wordt geactiveerd zodra het reddingsvest zich opblaast. 

Na activering worden het eigen schip en schepen in de directe omgeving automatisch gewaarschuwd voor een Man-Over-Boord stituatie via de VHF-DSC van de MOB2. Met zijn geïntegreerde GPS biedt de MOB2  je schip en eventuele assisterende schepen nauwkeurige locatie gegevens die steeds worden geupdated en waarmee de AIS MOB zichtbaar wordt op de elektronische kaart plotter of ECDIS (met AIS) van de zoekende schepen.

Het noodbaken is klein van formaat en past perfect in de opblaasbare reddingsvesten.
