nC Corrosion Passivator Fluid is specially designed for use in hard-to-reach areas and tight spaces. With minimal surface preparation, both maintenance costs and downtime are reduced. After treatment with nC Corrosion Passivator Fluid, the surface color changes to dark anthracite, making inspection easy. Application can be done with a brush, roller, sprayer, or by floating. The product is free of VOCs, solvents, and heavy metals.

Pretreatment
Remove sludge and standing water from the surface. High-pressure washing of the steel (500 bar) is recommended.
